About Celina
Celina is an SEO-focused content creator with 8 years of experience writing both web and print content.
How It All Started
Celina graduated from Knox College in 2017 with a B.A. in Journalism and Creative Writing.
While still in undergrad, Celina worked as editor-in-chief of the award-winning publication, Catch Magazine. She also received her copyediting certificate and worked under the guidance of David Aretha, editing manuscripts for print.
After graduation, Celina began writing for the influential how-to website wikiHow. Then, in 2020 wikiHow invited her to step into a freelance editing role. In this position, she helped implement the wikiHow Experts Project and worked with editors to invigorate SEO on existing articles.
During this time, she also graduated from the Digital Marketing Program at Suny Erie College, which strengthened her understanding of branding and content marketing.
In 2022, Celina began working as a Content Writer at a growing digital marketing startup. She worked with clients in a variety of industries, including several plastic surgeons, a renowned Chicago art school, and a national law firm.
No matter where she goes, Celina is always aims to craft high-quality content while growing and learning from the community around her.
